what happens after we inquire with you?

After I receive your inquiry you'll hear back from me within 1-2 business days. I'll let you know if I'm available for your date, and you can read over more info that I'll send your way. We can schedule a call to chat + meet, and go over any questions you may have while getting to know one another!
Next up is to sign a contract and send in a retainer -- and then it's official!
do you shoot film?
Yes! Film is such a beautiful medium, and I love weaving it naturally into the rhythm of your wedding day. The majority of your images will be captured digitally, but you’re welcome to add on as many rolls of 35mm film as you’d like.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Most weddings I shoot solo!
That being said, a second shooter can be a wonderful addition to your day, and this is something we can talk about over our initial call.

We're nervous in front of the camera... can you help us?
Gladly! I know being in front of the camera doesn't come easily to most. We'll keep things moving and I'll give you lots of guidance along the way. Nothing stiff or overly posed, just what comes natural.
Do you travel for weddings? Is there a cost?
If your love story is taking you beyond Vancouver, I'd love to come along for the adventure. Whether you're planning a celebration elsewhere in BC, across Canada, or on the other side of the world, I'm always excited to photograph weddings in new places.
Travel fees vary depending on your location, and I'll always provide a custom quote based on what's needed to get me there.
What is your turnaround time for sessions + weddings?
For portrait sessions you can expect your full gallery delivered within 4-5 weeks.
For weddings you can expect ~100 photos within the week, with the full gallery delivered within 10-14 weeks.
Each and every gallery that I send out is given the time and attention it deserves, and rushing to edit your photos is not something I will ever do.
